Over the years, I have met many homeowners while working as a licensed architect in Washington and Colorado. Often, they do not have the financial capacity to take on a major remodel, but they do need to take care of necessary repairs, make changes to accommodate their lifestyle, or both. I developed Remodel by Numbers™ to provide homeowners with a vision for transforming their home over time, in phases.

People tell me that I come up with things they never would have thought of themselves. I often hear things like "I didn't know I wanted that until I saw it" and "You just blew my mind." I think of design like a puzzle or game, where the goal is to fit as many items into one box as you can without making the box too heavy.
